DURAKUT 3030 – High Performance Water Soluble Fluid for Magnesium Machining. 

DuraKut 3030 is water-soluble coolant especially designed for machining of magnesium. CHEM-KUT 3030 is very stable in hard water. This product is also used in high-pressure hydroforming as the inside lube, due to its high tolerance for hard water.

DURAKUT GG-104 Glass Grinding Fluid. 

DuraKut GG-104 is formulated for grinding glass and plastics. Settles fines rapidly while providing in-process rust protection for machines.

DURAKUT 850-C – Ceramic and Plastic Grinding Fluid.

DuraKut 850-C is a synthetic fluid formulated for grinding and moderate machining of ceramics, plastic resins, and ferrous metals.

DURAKUT-7000B – Tapping / Sawing / Cutting Fluid. 

DuraKut 7000B is formulated to be used neat where a flood coolant is not practical. This is widely used for sawing aluminum extrusions. It is non-staining and burns off clean during post heat-treating operations.  7000B is a MQL (Minimum quantity lubricant) and can outperform many of the costly equivalents on the markets, such as AccuLube.

Falconite 9192- Cool Blue Anti-Spatter. 

Specially formulated to provide the best spatter protection available, using only non-hazardous additives.  Falconite Cool Blue Anti-Spatter protects against spatter adhesion to the work piece and fixtures. Falconite Cool Blue Anti-Spatter significantly reduces costly labor and downtime for grinding, cleaning and equipment change out.  Application of Falconite Cool Blue Anti-Spatter  is easy with either a sprayer or brush.  The unique water based formula keeps welded surfaces cooler and helps prevent bowing.  Falconite Cool Blue Anti-Spatter is water based, free of any hazardous ingredients, and environmentally safe.  It does NOT contain any types of solvents, ozone depletors, silicones, or oils.  Falconite Cool Blue Anti-Spatter can be safely handled with no special storage precautions.   Available in 32oz. pump spray, 1gal., 5gal.,  55 gal. drums

Falconite 9198- Cool Blue Nozzle Gel.

Protects against spatter adhesion to the nozzle and tip keeping your torch in service longer.  Unlike the old technology waxes, our nozzle gel stays in place at higher temperatures and can be applied immediately at startup when your torch is cold for instant protection.  Application of Falconite Cool Blue Nozzle Gel is easy simply dip the nozzle at startup and periodically as needed.  Cool Blue nozzle gel is water based keeping your torch cooler, free of any hazardous ingredients, and environmentally safe.  It does NOT contain any types of solvents, ozone depletors, silicones, or oils. Falconite Cool Blue Nozzle Gel nozzle gel can be safely handled with no special storage precautions. Available in 16oz. jars and cases of 12x16oz. Jars.

DuraLube LC-10 Ladle and Mold Coating.

DuraLube LC-10 is a clay based ladle and mold coating containing wetting and adherence compounds. Lasts two to three times compared to most competitors’ coatings. Use neat or cut back with water.

Falcon EDM 5381 – Dielectric coolant for EDM Operations.

Falcon EDM 5381 is a premium Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) oil. EMD 5381 has an exceptionally low viscosity with a high flash point and extremely high dielectric strength, resulting in excellent flushing properties and virtually eliminates DR arcing. Can be used in both rough and finish operations.

Soylution Bio-based Water-Soluble Cutting Fluid.

Soylution is a premium vegetable based cutting fluid specifically formulated for sawing and grinding. 100% renewable and biodegradable material for environmental benefits and easy disposal.

DURATAP NCNS- Synthetic Tapping and Drilling Fluid.

DuraTap NCNS is a synthetic tapping and drilling fluid which contains no chlorine and no sulfur. Designed for aluminium machining operations.

DURATAP 686 Oil Based Tapping and Drilling Fluid.

DuraTap 686 is an heavy duty naphthenic based tapping fluid fortified with chlorinated paraffin, active sulfur and other esters to give it extreme pressure capabilities. Can be used on Stainless and other hard metals for tapping, drilling, reaming, threading, and sawing.

DURATAP 4400 – “Honey Oil” Tapping Fluid.

DuraTap 4400 is a hand tapping fluid designed for use in CNC machines. This product is compatible with all Falcon coolants. Use it where a heavy or “Full bodied fluid” is beneficial to stick to the tap. Safe to use on all metals without concern for staining. Apply with brush, dip or drip. Easily removed with mild alkaline cleaner such as DuraKlean MP-Orange.

Falconite HO-4 premium straight honing oil.

Falconite HO-4 is a high performance straight machining oil designed for operations such as honing, polishing, grinding, and super finishing. Formulated with a unique base oil designed to product exception lubrication, heat transfer, wetting, and oxidation stability.

Conditioners: Falcon also carries a line of bacteria/fungicide additive packages for all its products.  As well as defoamers, pH buffers, and machine sump cleaners.
