Falcon Certified ISO 9001:2008
Falcon Industrial, Inc. announces it is now registered ISO 9001:2008 for the Formulation, Blend, Packaging and support of Metalworking Fluids. Effective December 16th, 2015, Falcon has been certified by the accreditation body Perry Johnson Registrars, Inc. for the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management system. Perry Johnson Registrars, Inc. is accredited through the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB), Entidad Mexicana de Acreditación (EMA), Japan Accreditation Board for Conformity Assessment (JAB), Italian National System for Accreditation of Certification and Inspection Body (ACCREDIA), and United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS).
This completion of our ISO 9001:2008 certification is a promise to our customers, vendors, and partners to continuously improve our products, service and operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, safety, and conformity. Falcon Opens New Production Facility in Milwaukee, WI
Falcon Industrial is excited to announce the move of our Bayside, Wisconsin operations to a new facility in Riverworks Center, located in Milwaukee’s Harambee neighborhood. Falcon is beginning to transition operations from our; 500 W Brown Deer, Bayside, Wisconsin location, to our new facility at 3745-75 N. Richards Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53212.
The 3745 N Richards Street location holds strong roots in Milwaukee’s manufacturing dating back to the 1920’s. Frank W. Rosenberg started F. Rosenberg Elevator Company in 1905. By the late 1910’s the company was flourishing and had begun a new construction in 1920 – 1921, of what would be their new home on Richards Street. By 1922, F. Rosenberg Elevator had made the move and production was up and running their new facility on Richards Street.

F. Rosenberg Elevator Company had went through an acquisition in 1956, and in 1961 had moved from Richards Street to a new facility on Teutonia Avenue. Following F. Rosenberg’s move, American Motors Corporation (AMC) moved their Richards Street; “Machine Shop & Erecting” and “Knocked Down Shipping”, operations to the facility. In 1981, Reinke and Schomann moved their operations into the Richards Street Facility and operated there until 2013.

Falcon’s New Lab Technician
Congrats to Chris CJ Pinter, on his recent promotion to Lab Technician. CJ has been with the company for almost a year in customer service and was promoted for his demonstrated technical expertise.
Here he is pictured completing his first drum batch of DuraForge. We are excited to welcome him into his new role and look forward to his continued success with Falcon!
Falconite Anti-Spatter and Welding Nozzle Gel
Falcon is excited to offer our new Falconite Welding Fluids. The Falconite 9192- Anti-Spatter is specifically formulated to provide the best spatter protection available using only non-hazardous additives. Falconite 9192 protects against spatter adhesion to the work piece and fixtures. This will reduce labor costs and downtime for grinding, cleaning, and equipment change out. Falcoite 9192 can be used in handheld welding applications as well as automated welding systems. This product is environmentally friendly, and does not contain any solvents, silicones, oils, or ozone depletors. Available in 1-gal, 5-gal, and 55-gal drums.
Falconite 9198 Nozzle Gel is protects against spatter adhesion to the nozzle and tip, keeping your torch in service longer. Unlike the old technology waxes, our nozzle gel stays in place at higher temperatures and can be applied immediately at startup when your torch is cold for instant protection. This easily applied product is non-hazardous and environmentally safe, does not contain any solvents, silicones, oils, or ozone depletors. Available in 16oz jars and cases 12x16oz jars.

Falcon Welcomes New Director of Business Development
Falcon Industrial is excited to announce our new Director of Business Development, Mark Bindbeutel! Mark joins the Falcon Industrial team with over 30 years of automotive, metalworking, and industrial chemical experience. Mark worked in the environmental engineering department for Chrysler Corporation for 15 years where he was critical in the development of environmental compliance and corporate air pollution control programs. He later worked for Houghton International and was responsible for the launching chemical management programs at automotive facilities around the world and troubleshooting complicated chemical challenges. Mark brings an extensive skill set to the Falcon team including environmental compliance, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, best practices in metalworking fluid management, technical training, and account management.
Falcon Industrial Acquires Benchmark Fluids Corp.
Falcon Industrial, Inc. and Benchmark Fluids officially announced their merger early Friday, March 29th after board members approved the deal late Wednesday. The combined company will have over 500 customers throughout North America and Asia. When asked about the merger, the president of Falcon Industrial, Don Benedyk stated “We are very excited about this merger as it will strengthen our sales base throughout the Midwest and introduce several unique technologies to our product portfolio.”
