Low VOC Vegetable Based Metalworking Fluids
Worldwide demand for environmentally friendly metalworking fluids is responsible for the fastest growing segment in our industry. The technology of these fluids has reached a point where performance is on par with synthetic and mineral-based fluids. And increased demand for vegetable bases has drastically reduced the price, resulting in a price equilibrium for vegetable based fluids with traditional MWFs. Falcon Industrial’s research and development teams has recently introduced a variety of vegetable based products, and is currently accepting custom formulation requests to help our customers lower their carbon footprint. Please contact your rep if you’d like information on our low VOC bio-based fluids.

We look forward to sharing more of the initiates from this conference with you in the coming weeks!
New Product Release: DuraKut Ti (Titanium machining Fluid)
Falcon Industrial’s R&D department has just introduced our new high performance semi-synthetic metalworking fluid specifically designed for machining titanium. DuraKut Ti combines the lubricity characteristics of soluble oil with the cooling and flushing characteristics of a synthetic. DuraKut Ti’s emulsifier package is engineered to provide exceptional emulsion stability, with low foam, under the high flushing rates required for rapid metal removal and cooling, while machining titanium. Via a tri-phase corrosion inhibitor package, DuraKut Ti provides excellent rust protection without the use of alkali caustics or harsh additives.
